The National Training Platform Team
John Hall
John Hall is the visionary behind the National Training Platform. John had the vision of an agile training provider that focuses on real, relevant content co-delivered by experienced experts in both “delivering” and “doing” the chosen subject to provide tangible behavioural changes in delegates that deliver improved results for the stakeholders.
He has over 23 years’ experience in the UK Rental Industry and has held Senior Management positions in both Sales and Operations and is a business owner.
Facilitating and interacting with delegates is John’s passion and he thrives on the diversity of opinion and discussion that the programmes instigate within the groups.
Andy Bailey
Andy has a natural ability to bring the best out in people and create unique training environments.
He has a track record in creating truly engaging training courses and combines this with his background in Psychometrics, Emotional Intelligence and NLP to give you and your teams what they need.
With over 25 years’ training and management development experience, ten of which were with First Direct, he’s gone on to work with many businesses and clients that include AFI, Aon, Bupa, Eon, Haribo, Jumeirah Hotels, Legal & General, Speedy Asset Services, St John Ambulance, Versus Arthritis, and many more.
